• Institute association — the school or institute your account is linked to, so you see the right students, classes, and records.
• Push notification token — used to deliver notifications about assessments, homework, and announcements.
• Usage data — basic app activity (e.g. login times) used to maintain and improve the service.

How We Use Information

We use the information above solely to provide and improve the app: authenticating your account, connecting you to your institute's records, and sending you relevant notifications. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

Data Sharing

We share data only with service providers necessary to operate the app — Firebase for authentication, Amazon Web Services for file storage — and only to the extent needed to provide the service. We do not share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Data Retention & Deletion

We retain account data for as long as your account is active with your institute. To request deletion of your account or data, contact us using the details below.

Children's Privacy

Ahleen Teacher is intended for use by teachers and guardians, not by children directly. Any student information visible within the app is provided and managed by the institute for educational purposes.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
